SHE PAST AWAY is a dark wave / post-punk duo, consisting of Volkan Caner (vocal, guitars and songwriting) and Doruk Ozturkcan (drums, synths and production). Experimenting old/new aesthetic of synth music into their core guitar stuff, She Past Away forged a sound, an attitude, and a sensibility, conveyed through a minimalist poetry sung in Turkish, which sweeps the audience through a dense, continual epic trip in both their recordings and live performances.She Past Away released their critically-acclaimed first EP “Kasvetli Kutlama”, via Remoov in April 2009. Following the digital release of the debut album “Belirdi Gece” in February 2012, the band was signed to Fabrika Records in 2013 and shortly thereafter they released “Belirdi Gece” in LP format. Including “Rituel”, “Ruh” as well as “Kasvetli Kutlama”, the album was listed as one of the best albums of the decade 2010-2019 by post-punk.com.With the release of their follow-up album “Narin Yalnızlık” in May 2015, the duo established themselves as one of the most influential and successful genre-defining acts of dark wave music and scored numerous crowd-puller performances all around the world. In December 2018, the band signed to Metropolis Records and re-issued both albumsin North America.The band graced the audience with a beautifully dark and driving new album “Disko Anksiyete” via Metropolis Records and Fabrika Records in May 2019.In May 2020, the band celebrated their tenth anniversary with the remix album “X”, including remixes from Boy Harsher, The Soft Moon, Clan of Xymox, Front 242, Lebanon Hanover and many more.In October 2020, the first ever live studio recording of the band was released with the title “Part Time Punks Session”.In September 2024, the single “Inziva” was released and presented with a music video. In February 2026, the band released their latest album “Mizantrop”, further expanding their distinctive dark wave sound and aesthetic. She Past Away played headlining stages at major festivals as well as hundreds of club shows aroundthe world. Some of these festivals are Sick New World (United States), Pyscho Las Vegas (UnitedStates), Levitation (United States), Hell Fest (France), Exit Festival (Serbia), Motocultor (France),Wave Gothic Treffen (Germany) , Mera Luna (Germany), NCN Festival (Germany), Castleparty(Poland), Entremuralhas (Portugal), W-Fest (Belgium).Christian Dior, the fashion brand, used two She Past Away songs for a fashion show in 2016.SHE PAST AWAY is a driving, mesmerizing outburst of sentimental anxiety through the nihilistic mind-frame. It is both personal and broad, like a wandering mind brave enough to question taboo and existence.
Allgemeine Informationen zur Mitnahme von Gegenständen
Für die Veranstaltung gilt folgender Hinweis:
Der Zutritt zu der Veranstaltung ist mit Rucksäcken und Taschen nicht gestattet, da die intensive Kontrolle derer den Einlass für alle Konzertgäste verzögert! Lasst Taschen, Koffer & Rucksäcke also bitte zu Hause. Sollten dennoch Koffer/Rücksäcke mitgebracht werden, fordern wir ein erhöhtes Verwahrungsentgelt von 5 EUR. Der Rucksack wird dann am Einlass entgegengenommen und wird beim Verlassen der Show wieder herausgegeben. Eine Entnahme von deren Inhalt während der Show ist nicht gestattet. Kleine Gym-Bags, Jutebeutel und Handtaschen (kleiner als A4) sind von dieser Regel ausgeschlossen. Sperrige Gegenstände wie Regenschirme, sowie iPads, Kameras mit Wechselobjektiv, Permanentmarker oder Selfie-Sticks sind ebenfalls verboten.
Jugendschutz
Es gelten folgende Altersbeschränkungen:
Unter 6 Jahre: Kindern unter 6 Jahren ist der Zutritt zu Veranstaltungen auch in Begleitung eines Erziehungsberechtigten untersagt.
Unter 16 Jahre: Zutritt NUR in Begleitung eines Sorgeberechtigten oder einer – vom Sorgeberechtigten beauftragten – volljährigen Person. Hierfür muss vom Sorgeberechtigten ein Erziehungsauftrag vollständig ausgefüllt und unterzeichnet werden. Auf dem Formular muss zudem auch der vollständige Name und das Geburtsdatum der sorgeberechtigten Person ersichtlich sein. Das Formular findest du hier zum Download. Bitte beachte, dass sowohl der zu Beaufsichtigende als auch die erziehungsbeauftragte Person einen Lichtbildausweis (Personalausweis oder Krankenkarte) vorlegen müssen. Schülerausweise haben hier keine Gültigkeit. Das ausgefüllte Formular bitte bereits vor dem Einlass herausholen und auf Nachfrage vorzeigen.
Unter 18 Jahre: Zutritt bei Konzerten und Tanzveranstaltungen NUR bis 24Uhr. Ist die Veranstaltung als P18 gekennzeichnet, wird auch der Zutritt bis 24Uhr verwehrt.
